Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Easton, Maryland

This full-time, school-based contract role begins in early October and continues through the end of December, offering you a chance to build connections and inspire growth over a focused period. Work onsite at a single charming location, collaborating with dedicated educational professionals and engaging directly with students to foster communication development. Key qualifications and desired background: Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience working in pediatric and/or school-based settings Knowledge of assessment tools and IEP management Strong organizational skills and collaborative approach Duties and responsibilities: Conduct thorough student assessments and interpret evaluation data Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Lead and participate in IEP and staff meetings Deliver direct therapy to K-2 students, tailoring sessions to individual needs Communicate progress with staff and caregivers in a professional and supportive manner Maintain detailed documentation for each student within contract hours Additional highlights: Paid for all hours worked within the contracted timeframe A single campus assignment—enjoy consistency and the ability to truly know your students Flexible interview process conducted via Zoom or Teams, with prompt feedback and hiring decisions made within just a couple of days Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
