Essential Job Functions Build and develop relationships with new and prospective customers while delivering exceptional customer service and support. Drive business growth by generating new sales opportunities, developing leads, and expanding customer relationships within the branch territory. Identify and qualify customer opportunities through proactive communication and relationship-building. Utilize CRM systems, quoting tools, and internal platforms to manage customer activity, sales opportunities, and pipeline development. Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and other internal teams to support customer success and business growth. Continuously develop industry knowledge, product expertise, and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development.
