• Setting: Telehealth, Outpatient, Inpatient
• Trauma Level : 2
• License : Site will wait for an AK temp license
• DEA : Yes
• Shift descriptions : In person clinic (8a-5p with 1 hour lunch unpaid) + night call during the week and 24-hour weekend call coverage. The other two weeks would be virtual call coverage (not onsite) would be 24 hours a day call.
• Availability : 4 weeks per month, full-time coverage. Site will consider splitting between 2 providers
• Patients Per Shift :10
• EMR: Epic
