You’ll spend significant time on the production floor partnering with maintenance technicians, production leaders, engineering, and operations to improve equipment performance, develop your team, and drive operational excellence. What You’ll Do… As the Maintenance Manager, Execution & Planning, you’ll lead the execution of Palermo’s maintenance strategy by building a proactive, data‑driven maintenance organization. Responsibilities Include Leading daily maintenance execution across multiple manufacturing operations Building and improving preventive and predictive maintenance programs Driving preventive maintenance completion, schedule compliance, and maintenance planning effectiveness Leading maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes that maximize equipment availability Improving CMMS accuracy, work order quality, and maintenance documentation Partnering with Reliability Engineering to prioritize proactive maintenance activities Leading, coaching, and developing maintenance supervisors, planners, leads, and technicians Managing maintenance labor, staffing, contractor activities, and overtime Using maintenance KPIs to improve equipment reliability, productivity, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Promoting a culture focused on safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence Why you’ll be successful… You understand that exceptional maintenance organizations don’t happen by accident. You Thrive When You Can Develop maintenance professionals into high‑performing teams Improve maintenance planning and execution Solve complex operational challenges using data Build strong partnerships across Operations, Engineering, and Production Drive continuous improvement through standardized processes Deliver measurable improvements in equipment reliability and uptime What You’ll Bring… Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience Five or more years of progressive maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing Experience leading preventive maintenance, planning, scheduling, and maintenance execution Experience supervising and developing maintenance employees Strong CMMS knowledge and maintenance planning experience Experience using KPIs to improve maintenance performance and equipment reliability Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications Food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Reliability Centered Maintenance experience Predictive maintenance experience Experience supporting highly automated manufacturing operations Professional maintenance or reliability certifications (CMRP, CMRT, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
