WestStar Multimedia is the company behind The Kim Komando Show. We’re on 510 radio stations and SiriusXM, with about 5 million listeners every week. Add our podcasts, our YouTube network and The Current, a daily newsletter with more than 670,000 subscribers.

We also run an in-house ad agency. We’re the Agency of Record for fast-growing global tech and privacy brands, placing host-read campaigns on national radio, podcasts, newsletters and social.

The Role

You own the client experience from first handshake to renewal. When a client wonders how their campaign is doing, you already know, and you’ve already got a plan.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client onboarding, campaign kickoffs, renewals and upsells
• Build and manage a client services team that runs like clockwork
• Turn client goals into campaigns across radio, podcast, newsletter, digital and social
• Watch client ROI every day and act fast when a host or placement slips
• Run client reporting through WAMM, our AI-driven client platform for media plans, airchecks, performance and invoices
• Work hand in hand with our media buyers, campaign coordinators, production, content and sales
• Handle escalations calmly and fix the root cause, not just the symptom
• Spot opportunities to grow every account

What You Bring

• 7+ years in client services or account management at a media company or ad agency (audio, podcast or host-read experience is a big plus)
• A track record of keeping clients happy and spending more year after year
• Comfort with campaign data, and the ability to explain it to a CEO in two minutes
• Experience leading and coaching a team
• Clear, confident writing and presenting
• You thrive on deadlines and can juggle multiple clients without dropping a ball
• Experience with international clients across time zones is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; real-world results count more
