We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Unclaimed Property Specialists. This is a hybrid position, offering the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely as needed.

As an Unclaimed Property Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing unclaimed property inquiries and data. The project will run from July through November, divided into two phases:

• Phase 1: Receive emails and enter data into the unclaimed property system.
• Phase 2: Answer inbound calls from customers and provide solutions.

Manning the Unclaimed Property Hotline: Serve as the first contact and liaison between Unclaimed Property and its clients. Take ownership in solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.

• Manage inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow call center scripts for various topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.

Document Control: Retrieve, classify, and organize forms and correspondence.

• Sign for incoming registered or certified mail.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Produce digital copies of documents for retention.
• Keep records of incoming packages.
• Collect and prepare correspondence for mailing.
• Correct and forward misdirected mail.
• Arrange for express delivery when needed.

Data Entry: Quickly and accurately capture information.

• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
• Type in data provided directly from customers.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Update existing data.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
