Position Overview

As a Taxpayer Services Trainer, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Property Tax Education, Training, and Certification Program for ad valorem appraisal staff across Arizona. Your responsibilities will include content development, delivery, and ensuring compliance with agency and department standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training content, manuals, and materials
• Deliver training in online and in-person settings
• Conduct training effectiveness assessments
• Stay informed on laws, regulations, and best practices related to taxation
• Collaborate with internal leadership and external stakeholders
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts and lean principles

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in training content design, public speaking, marketing, or project coordination
• Security clearance required

Preferences

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of two (2) years of property appraisal experience
• Training in adult education
