You Have: Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in Structured Cabling, Access Control, and AV (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark‑up, distribute to team Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute Environment: Construction sites and NYC office, as‑needed. Preferred Experience: Your Projects: Commercial/corporate buildouts - structured cabling, security, wireless, cellular, AV Familiarity with BICSI, NEC, ANSI/TIA, & LV standards Experience with access control platforms, surveillance systems, door hardware coordination, and security infrastructure.
