Director FP&A - R&D Strategy & Investment

Maze Therapeutics is hiring a Director of FP&A in South San Francisco to partner with R&D leadership and translate scientific strategies into actionable financial plans. The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days in the office weekly. You’ll lead portfolio-level financial plans, scenario modeling, and forecasts, delivering insights to senior leadership and supporting investment decisions across programs.
