Director, FP&A — R&D Strategy & Investment (Hybrid)
Initial Therapeutics, Inc.
Maze Therapeutics is seeking a Director, FP&A to serve as a strategic finance partner to our R&D organization. In this highly visible role, you will translate scientific and clinical strategies into actionable financial plans, deliver forecasts, and support critical investment decisions across our development portfolio. You will work closely with R&D and finance leadership to optimize resources across programs, lead scenario modeling and variance analysis, and drive FP&A process improvements in #J-18808-Ljbffr Initial Therapeutics, Inc.
