Senior Director, Corporate FP&A

Job Description This role focuses on consolidating all elements of Visa's P&L, connecting revenue, expenses, investments and other financial elements. The person leads Corporate FP&A core processes and provides thought leadership with robust analyses for senior executives. This role involves frequent interaction with senior management and key stakeholders, driving financial decisions and influencing across a matrix organization. Specific Responsibilities Develop a 360‑degree view of Visa P&L by piecing together disparate elements Collaborate with other Corp FP&A leaders (Revenue lead, Opex Lead) to consolidate results for quarterly Board of Directors meetings, company earnings, and Annual Plan. Serve as primary FP&A point person to Global Tax and Treasury teams to incorporate those elements into EPS forecast and analysis. Work closely with investor relations and external reporting for earnings preparation. Represent Corporate FP&A in developing annual planning, forecast, month/quarter close and other core finance processes Establish robust processes including timelines, logistics, deliverables, etc., and collaborate with stakeholders for alignment. Seek opportunities to improve tools and processes, working closely with Visa’s Finance Velocity Office. Conduct in‑depth financial analysis in support of quarterly Board of Directors meeting and company earnings Prepare succinct executive presentations that simplify complex topics, often with time‑sensitive deliverables. Become an expert on Visa’s P&L drivers, tools, and processes. Develop partnerships with stakeholders throughout the organization. Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects and analytical requests from company leadership across a range of topics, such as capital allocation, competitor analysis, etc. Hybrid position; office days confirmed by Hiring Manager. Qualifications 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years with an Advanced degree (Masters/MBA/JD/MD) 5+ years with a PhD Preferred Qualifications 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12+ years with an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, or MD); PhD with 9+ years. Strong work ethic, self‑starter, highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Undergraduate degree required; MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business from a premier institution preferred. 10+ years of experience in finance function or relevant fields (strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance). Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor. Excellent project management, planning capability, and attention to detail. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Global or multi‑national business experience strongly preferred; deep understanding of the payment ecosystem a plus. Outstanding communication skills and ability to create compelling messages to senior executives and external partners. Strong strategic thought leadership. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer with Global Functions and Regions. Team‑oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities. Eagerness to solicit and accept feedback, criticism, and alternative points of view. U.S. Applicants Only Estimated salary range: $210,900.00 to $369,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary based on job‑related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
