Providing high-quality customer service, the full-time Wealth Management Trust Specialist will respond to inquiries and requests from an affluent client base, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling telephone inquiries and requests Process routine customer service requests and resolve problems while monitoring risk and compliance Perform Medallion Signature Guarantee and wire callbacks to prevent fraud and ensure accuracy Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent work experience Two to five years of experience in client/customer service and fiduciary activities Thorough knowledge of personal trust administration and fiduciary regulations Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Proven commitment to high-quality customer service
