Epic Travel Staffing is hiring an Interim - Nurse Supervisor - Adult BH

Shift: Non-exempt, Days, 7:30a-4:30p, Mon-Fri, 8x5, 40 hrs per week

Duration: 14 weeks

Requirements:

• NY RN License
• 7 years of experience required, 5 of which in a supervisory role
• 2 years of Behavioral Health experience required
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program required; Master's degree in Nursing preferred

Other Details:

• Patient care, employee performance improvement, performance monitoring, unit assessment, and corrective action implementation skills required
• Record-keeping system development, medication error tracking, and counseling skills
• Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance
• Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers, communicate and assist with corrective action
• Develop record keeping system to record medication errors/counseling
