Remote Accounting Manager — Build Scalable Finance

Accounting Manager You are responsible for owning the day-to-day accounting function while building the systems, processes, and financial discipline needed to support a growing business. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead the monthly close, oversee core accounting operations, and serve as the primary internal partner for audit readiness while working closely with our external Controller on technical accounting matters. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role for an experienced accountant who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and taking ownership. Own the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Transition day‑to‑day accounting responsibilities from our outsourced accounting partner and build a smooth, scalable in‑house accounting function Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger Serve as the primary internal contact for external auditors, coordinating audit requests, preparing PBC schedules, and delivering complete supporting documentation Build and maintain audit‑ready reconciliations, documentation, and supporting schedules that strengthen financial accuracy and audit readiness Apply ASC 606 revenue recognition principles for our subscription‑based business while partnering with our external Controller on technical accounting matters Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls through automation and AI Ensure timely completion of corporate filings, business licenses, tax registrations, and recurring compliance requirements Coordinate finance‑related administrative activities, including insurance renewals, vendor management, and maintenance of the corporate compliance calendar Support employee onboarding and offboarding by coordinating finance‑related operational workflows and system access Partner with leadership to strengthen financial operations and build scalable processes that support the company's continued growth Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently and deliver high‑quality work Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, organization, and documentation A continuous improvement mindset—you enjoy building better processes and creating structure as a business grows Sound judgment with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and make thoughtful recommendations Strong communication skills and the confidence to work effectively with leadership, auditors, and external partners Curiosity about technology, automation, and AI, with a practical approach to improving the way work gets done The ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution in a fast‑moving environment 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of the monthly close Experience supporting external audits from the client side, public accounting, or both Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliations Experience managing core accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Ability to thrive as a hands‑on individual contributor within a lean, growing organization Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills CPA (active or in progress) Public accounting background, ideally in audit or assurance Experience with SaaS or subscription‑based business models Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition Demonstrated success implementing AI or automation to improve accounting processes Experience supporting a private equity‑backed or high‑growth company through its first external audit Product Operations Manager As the Product Operations Manager, you serve as the operational bridge between Product, Customer Support, and Engineering. You own the processes that help engineering teams stay focused on delivering high‑impact work while ensuring technical issues, priorities, and projects move forward efficiently. You combine technical curiosity, operational discipline, and strong communication skills to keep teams aligned and execution on track. Own the technical escalation process, partnering with Product, Customer Support, and Engineering to investigate and resolve complex issues Reproduce bugs, gather technical details, and ensure engineering teams have the information needed to move quickly Help prioritize engineering work across support escalations, product initiatives, operational improvements, and technical debt Coordinate engineering projects and initiatives, maintaining visibility into priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress Partner with engineering leadership to improve planning, prioritization, and execution across competing initiatives Improve workflows, processes, and documentation that increase engineering efficiency and operational consistency Coordinate incident response efforts and support root‑cause analysis and long‑term remediation Track operational metrics and identify opportunities to reduce bottlenecks, recurring issues, and manual work Serve as a trusted cross‑functional partner, helping teams stay aligned and focused on the highest‑impact work Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to investigate complex issues and quickly learn unfamiliar systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep work moving forward Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Ownership mentality with a bias toward action and follow‑through Natural ability to create structure, improve processes, and drive accountability across teams Strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset Comfort operating in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment where priorities evolve 3+ years of experience in Engineering Operations, Technical Project Management, Technical Support, Software Delivery, or a related role Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering workflows, and release processes Experience coordinating technical projects or cross‑functional initiatives from planning through execution Experience working closely with software developers and technical teams Familiarity with project management and issue‑tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, GitHub, or similar platforms Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills Experience in SaaS, technology, or software‑driven environments Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar software development environments We’re a remote‑first team that values clarity, communication, and ownership You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Support, and Operations through Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace We move quickly, solve problems collaboratively, and focus on delivering practical outcomes Success in this role comes from strong communication, thoughtful prioritization, and a commitment to continuous improvement Enterprise Partnership Director As the Enterprise Partnership Director, you are a senior relationship builder and strategic driver of PosterElite’s expansion into high‑impact partner ecosystems. You cultivate and influence relationships with leading enterprise organizations—often engaging with executive and C‑suite stakeholders—to uncover new opportunities, shape value, and build multi‑layered partnerships. You understand complex buying cycles, navigate multiple stakeholders with confidence, and create clear business cases that drive adoption of PosterElite’s embedded solutions at scale.
