Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Canada, Remote

Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension

Work Authorization: Must be able to work in Canada

Role Overview:

Our client is a technology consulting and staffing company providing IT and non IT staffing solutions, technology consulting, and digital transformation services across North America. They are looking for a motivated and results driven Business Development and Sales Executive to expand their client base, build strong business relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across IT and non IT staffing and consulting services.
• Connect with potential clients, understand their hiring and business needs, and establish long term relationships.
• Engage with clients to identify staffing requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill those needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, staffing firms, and other potential partners.
• Generate leads, conduct sales outreach, and convert opportunities into active client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and expand market presence.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, business development, staffing, recruitment, or client relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, engage decision makers, and develop new client relationships.
• Knowledge of IT and non IT staffing markets is an advantage.
• Self motivated, target oriented, and comfortable working independently.
