Responsibilities

Manage all financial aspects of the dealership including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with sales and management teams to develop strategies that increase profitability.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead and mentor finance department staff to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
