Compensation and Shift: $20+ per hour depending on experience First Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime / On-Call as needed Benefits Offered by WPS: Paid holidays Paid vacation days Medical, Dental, and Life insurance Direct Deposit or Payroll Card Weekly pay Restoration Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage restoration Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes Conduct demolition, debris removal, and property cleanup as needed Clean and restore contents affected by fire, smoke, or water damage Operate tools and equipment safely to clean, sanitize, and restore properties Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers Assist with mold remediation following safety and industry standards Perform basic construction and repair tasks to support property restoration Maintain accurate documentation of job progress and equipment usage Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members Keep company vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and maintained Follow OSHA, company, and industry safety regulations at all times Show initiative with the potential to grow into a crew lead role Restoration Technician Skills and Qualifications: Strong work ethic with the ability to work in demanding environments Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in confined or challenging spaces Comfortable working in water-damaged, fire-damaged, or smoke-affected properties Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a background check and drug screening Attention to detail, safety-focused, and team-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to work overtime and be on-call for emergency response WPS Inc
