Job Details Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist Location: 598 Green Bay Road, Winnetka, IL 60093 Duration: 3 Month Contract Pay Range: $25/hr on W2 What’s the Job? Engage with clients face-to-face to understand and address their needs effectively Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty Handle client inquiries with tact and diplomacy, maintaining a professional appearance Support the operational success of the firm through effective communication and teamwork Maintain knowledge of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts What’s Needed?
