Content Coordinator 

 

SCHEDULE: Full Time

EXPERIENCE: Min. 1 Year

Compensation: $55-$60k a year

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Content Coordinator will support the development and execution of best-in-class, fully integrated digital strategies rooted in each brand’s unique DNA. This role will lead creative content capture and manage social media and digital initiatives for Whiskey Cake, Mexican Sugar, Ida Claire and Son of a Butcher, along with additional brands as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong online presence, supporting influencer marketing and providing on-site assistance for brand events. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, collaborative professional who can successfully manage multiple projects while bringing a positive attitude and energy to the team.

 

Driver of Digital

· Develop and manage strategic, brand-aligned content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant social media platforms.

· Create, schedule and publish engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience.

· Identify, evaluate and manage influencer partnerships that align with brand objectives.

· Establish performance objectives and prepare monthly analytics reports to evaluate results and inform future content strategies.

· Monitor audience engagement, respond to inquiries promptly and oversee customer review activity across brand social channels.

· Maintain consistent, accurate and on-brand visual identities across all social media accounts.

· Remain current on emerging social media trends, platform updates, design tools and applications, identifying timely opportunities for brand participation.

· Collaborate with restaurant operators and marketing team to develop compelling content in support of campaigns, events and evergreen initiatives.

 

Brand Ambassador

· Lead innovative brand storytelling across social platforms while consistently representing and reinforcing each brand’s DNA.

· Develop fresh, engaging messaging that supports brand platforms, campaigns and strategic priorities.

· Write, proofread and edit copy across marketing channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency in brand voice.

· Support the management of brand marketing calendars and the execution of tactical initiatives across the FB Society portfolio.

· Assist in developing integrated campaigns, promotions and events designed to drive guest traffic and engagement.

 

Business Partner

· Measure and optimize marketing campaigns and programs based on established KPIs.

· Partner with internal marketing teams and external agencies to develop impactful digital initiatives that generate brand interest and ultimately traffic and sales.

· Conduct national and local market research to identify relevant consumer behaviors, competitive activity and emerging trends.

· Manage external vendors for production and fulfillment of digital marketing needs.

· Support marketing team during photoshoots to capture organic content.

 

Local Marketing Maven

· Execute social media and content strategies supporting new restaurant openings.

· Attend promotional events, private events and other brand activations throughout FB Society’s portfolio to capture engaging, high-quality content.

· Identify and activate local marketing opportunities, community partnerships, sponsorships and grassroots initiatives as needed

· Collaborate with restaurant operations leadership to develop and implement social campaigns that support local traffic and sales objectives.

 

Successful Content Coordinator

· Outstanding copywriting skills using brand voice

· Current with the latest digital technologies, social media and content trends

· Demonstrates an exceptional sense of creativity

· Delivers out-of-the-box thinking and solutions

· Self-starter who thrives is a fast-paced environment

· Handles and prioritizes multiple projects

· Previous experience in social media management

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or similar

· Previous experience in the restaurant, food service or hospitality industries

· Able to work nights and weekends as needed
