Farmers Branch, TX | $24–$30/hr | Full-Time, Onsite
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator for a small, growing company in Farmers Branch. This is not a high-level strategy position—we need someone who can actually get in and do the work.
What You'll Do
Manage and update the company website
Add/update website content, products and photos
Manage company social media accounts and regularly create/post content
Create basic graphics and marketing materials
Assist with email marketing and customer communications
Use basic SEO practices to improve website content and visibility
Monitor website and social media analytics
Keep company branding and online information current and professional
Coordinate with outside vendors when additional technical help is needed
Jump into other marketing projects as the company grows
What We're Looking For
2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Hands-on website management using WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or a similar CMS
Professional social media management and content creation experience
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Experience with Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Strong writing, proofreading and attention to detail
Self-starter who can independently own the day-to-day marketing work
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, growing company
Most importantly: We want someone who can show us what they've actually done—not just someone who understands marketing concepts.
Portfolio or examples of previous website, social media or marketing work strongly preferred.
