Early Psychosis Outreach & Partnerships Liaison

MiSide in Detroit, MI is seeking an Entry-level Contract Community Outreach Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for the Navigate program. The role focuses on building partnerships with hospitals, schools, faith-based groups, and community organizations to raise awareness of first episode psychosis and connect individuals to care. You will travel up to 50% and work independently in the community while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop sustainable referral pathways #J-18808-Ljbffr Miside
