Multi-Unit Manager / Senior General Manager: 16 Handles Frozen Yogurt

We are currently looking for an energetic, experienced, and customer-focused management professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have management experience in a fast-food restaurant, coffee house, or dessert shop. The Area Manager / Senior General Manager will work very closely with the owners to oversee the Cobble Hill store, as well as perform functions across several stores. Responsibilities Include: Oversee the daily operations of a highly successful, fast-paced, quick service restaurant Deliver legendary guest service to all guests by acting with a “guest comes first” attitude Manage staff and delegate responsibilities as needed Assist with hiring and manage team schedules Train and develop new and existing team members Support corporate directives and partnerships and disseminate information to team members Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and food safety and quality standards Handle purchasing and inventory management Complete daily cash reconciliations, safe counts, and bank deposits Maintain a positive atmosphere and lead by example Use financial metrics to optimize store performance Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a food / hospitality business Associate degree or bachelor's degree Outgoing, high energy, and friendly personality Ability to manage a fast-paced, high volume, and customer-focused workplace Experience in leading a team of employees Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Creative thinker who can create and seize new business opportunities Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service Knowledge of purchasing and inventory management Food safe certified/food handler’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr 16 Handles
