The Position Reporting organizationally to the local Venue Operations Director, the tournament time staff will play a key role in delivering the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament. Responsibilities Supporting the execution of operational and logistical plans across tournament venues and locations. Being present on-site during events to oversee operations, provide real-time problem-solving, and ensure smooth delivery. Managing tasks related to various functional areas, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals. Working closely with venue teams, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with FIFA guidelines and local regulations. Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations within assigned areas. Monitoring schedules, tracking progress, and addressing any operational challenges that arise. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the USA, Canada, and Mexico to align on deliverables and timelines. Work Experience Prior experience with international or large-scale events is highly desirable. Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Strong project management and operational coordination skills. Languages Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus. Technology Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.
