Warehouse Lead

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Lead , you'll oversee daily operations, manage a small team, and ensure the smooth handling and export of oversized paper rolls. This hands-on leadership role requires strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
• Lead and mentor warehouse associates
• Operate forklifts and roll clamp trucks for large paper rolls
• Ensure accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments for quality and compliance
• Maintain warehouse safety standards and enforce company policies
• Communicate with logistics, sales, and upper management to meet tight export deadlines
• Assist in streamlining processes to improve productivity and reduce errors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Experience with exporting and heavy product handling preferred
• Forklift certification required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
