Role Founding Account Executive Role Type Full‑Time Compensation $125K–$150K Base | $250K–$300K+ OTE (Uncapped) + Equity Role Overview As a Founding Account Executive, you will be a key contributor in building the company’s sales engine from the ground up. You’ll own the sales process end‑to‑end while working closely with leadership, product, and growth teams to shape go‑to‑market strategy and drive revenue. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for a seller who thrives in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments.
