Bright Now! Dental in Fountain Valley is seeking a Temporary Bilingual Dental Treatment Coordinator who excels at patient communication, treatment presentation, and building trust. This role is ideal for a confident dental professional who enjoys helping patients understand their care while supporting a high-performing clinical team.

Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Saturday 8-5, 9-6, 7-3

Responsibilities

• Present and explain dental treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner
• Educate patients on recommended procedures, insurance benefits, and financial options
• Maximize case acceptance through effective communication and follow-up
• Coordinate treatment scheduling to support production and patient convenience
• Partner closely with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Track and follow up on unscheduled or pending treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient and financial documentation

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

$23.00-$25.00
