Job Overview

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in customer engagement, SDR, BDR, appointment setting, hospitality, retail, or call center environments who are looking to grow their career in a professional office setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with inbound prospective customers by phone
• Qualify and gather customer information
• Schedule appointments and coordinate next steps with the internal team
• Maintain organized notes and activity updates
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
• Support daily communication and administrative workflows

+ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable handling high phone activity throughout the day
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and computer systems
• Customer service, sales support, SDR/BDR, scheduling, or call center experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Available Schedules:

• 7 AM –4 PM
• 9 AM – 6 PM
