Position Overview Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Customer Stories Lead to execute a customer storytelling and advocacy strategy developed in partnership with the Head of Customer Marketing.

This role will own the day-to-day operation and activation of a high-impact customer stories program, transforming customer successes into compelling narratives that strengthen the Siemens brand, accelerate sales, support product marketing, and cultivate customer advocates. Working closely with Growth leadership, the Customer Stories Lead will translate strategic priorities into a scalable customer proof engine that highlights measurable business outcomes and showcases the value of our solutions. The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller with strong customer empathy, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for enterprise audiences. Key Responsibilities Execute the Customer Storytelling Strategy Partner with the Head of Customer Marketing to operationalize the customer storytelling, advocacy, and reference strategy. Own the end-to-end customer story pipeline, including customer identification, qualification, outreach, interviews, content development, approvals, publication, and activation. Develop customer-friendly processes for participation, permissions, approvals, advocacy tracking, and ongoing reference management. Identify and address story and reference gaps across industries, buyer personas, use cases, products, geographies, and sales segments. Recommend strategies to strengthen customer proof coverage in priority growth areas. Create and Activate Exceptional Customer Stories Lead customer discovery sessions, interviews, and narrative development efforts.
