About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader, playing a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and business performance of the organization. This executive will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, serving as a strategic business partner and leading the Finance function to support the company's growth and performance. Responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic roadmap for the Finance function, enhancing FP&A capabilities, and driving financial transformation. The role also involves partnering with Commercial and Operations leaders on key drivers of profitability and leading a high-performing Finance team. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive Finance leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in dairy, food, or complex manufacturing environments. The role requires a proven track record in providing strategic Finance partnership, strong expertise in FP&A, and experience in global financial structures. The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership skills, a collaborative and solutions-oriented leadership style, and the ability to influence across functions. A focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and the ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable business insights are also essential.
