Assistant Project Manager – Mechanical/HVACMetropolitan Mechanical Contractors (MMC) is looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our driven and dedicated Construction Group team in Sullivan, IN for the next year. You can reside anywhere but will need to be in Cedar Rapids, IA during the week for the duration of this project. You will receive a monthly housing allowance while you are working on this project for the next 12 months, to cover the additional expenses of working on the road. With over 300,000 mechanical contracting projects completed and over 60 years of experience, we aim to hire the industry's top talent.In this role, you'll partner with the project manager to oversee and coordinate project plans for construction projects from preconstruction through post-construction and startup.
