Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will develop, maintain, and execute test plans for digital consumer-facing products, ensuring high-quality software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Developing and executing formal test plans to ensure quality software delivery Documenting defects and assisting in their resolution while tracking quality assurance metrics Collaborating with engineering and product teams early in the design process to identify risks and requirements Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in software development with a focus on testing functions Experience in planning, preparing, and executing test plans for project release testing Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
