What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with customers and help identify their automotive needs
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
• Work closely with Sales Managers and F&I partners
• Follow up with customers and help create an exceptional buying experience

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, automotive, or related customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
• Comfortable using computer systems and sales software
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record

Earning Potential

This is a commission-eligible position , with employees earning an average of $3,000–$10,000 per month , depending on individual performance.
