Job Description The Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center ( MAMC ) is accepting resumes for an Administrative Specialist for the Workforce Development department. The full-time position ? based at MAMC in South Charleston WV ? will provide administrative support for the workforce department with the collection of grant development activities including data collection, compilation, and analysis. Must have good written and oral communication skills; ability to use computer software packages. Successful candidate will: Provide assistance in coordination of special events or special projects in the office. Provide assistance in purchasing. Provide assistance with document review and editing, managing databases and participates in long-term planning. Provide assistance in preparing required reports.
