Lead Teacher

Assistant Teacher

$19–$21/hr

Based on credentials and experience.

What You'll Do Every Day

Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate curriculum for K–5
Champion the physical, emotional, and developmental growth of each child
Keep the classroom safe, energetic, and genuinely fun
Build real relationships with kids, families, and fellow teachers
Lead by example — model the warmth and curiosity you want to see

What You Bring

Minimum qualification: MSDE 90-hour School-Age Certification, or a CDA with School-Age Endorsement.

Ideal candidates also bring 3 years of relevant experience, plus:

Strong understanding of child development and instructional strategies
Knowledge of MSDE regulations
A warm, friendly, and cool-tempered presence
Solid communication skills — verbal and written
Rock-solid reliability and punctuality
Highly organized, able to juggle priorities and multitask
A true team player who genuinely enjoys working with others
