About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the commercial function and drive the growth of its healthcare technology platform. The CCO will be responsible for closing seven-figure enterprise deals, building a repeatable sales motion, and hiring and designing the sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a B2B SaaS or health tech environment, with experience in building a commercial function from the ground up and a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle. Candidates for the CCO position at the company must have a builder temperament, be data-driven, and possess the grit to navigate the challenges of a growing commercial function. The role demands a player-coach mentality, with the CCO expected to be a key player in the sales process while also leading and developing the sales team. Experience in managing through at least one layer and a strong background in hiring, coaching, and transitioning sales talent are essential. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the founder, capable of operating independently, and will be adept at running the operating cadence, including weekly pipeline, monthly forecasts, and quarterly board meetings.
