About the RoleJoin a well-funded, AI-native adtech startup building the next generation of immersive mixed reality (MR) advertising experiences. As an Account Executive, you'll drive new business by bringing cutting-edge interactive and app-free AR/MR solutions to leading enterprise brands. You'll work closely with marketing, strategy, and product teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, and play a central role in expanding the company's footprint across North America and beyond.What You'll DoOwn the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching through closing and onboarding.Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach, networking, and referrals.Identify client needs and consultatively recommend MR and immersive advertising solutions.Present tailored campaign ideas and product demos aligned with each client's brand objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, pricing structures, and deliverables.Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable revenue forecasts.Educate prospects and clients on mixed reality, WebAR, and emerging AI-driven content trends.Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.What We're Looking ForRequired:4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client services with a track record of revenue growth in adtech, martech, SaaS, or digital media.Proven experience selling advertising solutions to enterprise clients or government agencies.Strong command of digital advertising, brand marketing, and campaign performance metrics.Experience owning the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.Nice to Have:Familiarity with AR, WebAR, or immersive/interactive technology platforms.Background working with or selling to large global enterprises.Experience in consultative or solution-based selling environments.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $100,000 – $150,000 USD annually (plus commission/variable)Visa sponsorship availableLocationThis is an on-site role based in San Francisco, CA.
