The Sales Representative Retail Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of  $16.78.  The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit .

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality customer service experience to our valued customers
• Work with customers to determine their needs and wants in their next vehicle purchase 
• Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles and technology
• Responsible for the meet and greet, presentation, test drive, and write up portion of the sales experience
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
• Achieves individual sales and customer service goals
• You will be exposed to training operations and you will have the opportunity to grow and advance your career.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated sales professionals with inside or outside sales experience
• Possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous related retail experience a plus
• Multi-lingual (immediate openings for applicants with Spanish speaking skills)
