About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer / Head of Capital Markets with a strategic mindset to lead its financial and capital market activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing capital markets strategies to support the company's growth initiatives, leveraging a wide range of investor relationships, and leading all aspects of investor outreach, financing discussions, and fundraising activities. This role also involves supporting the evaluation and execution of various public-market pathways and serving as a key spokesperson to financial stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in defense, aerospace, AI, deep-tech, software, or advanced technology, and must be eligible to obtain a security clearance. Applicants for the CFO / Head of Capital Markets position at the company should have a proven track record as a senior finance executive, with experience in a public company or late-stage growth company environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of public-market transactions and financing structures, as well as a successful history of raising capital and engaging institutional investors. The CFO will be expected to build and maintain long-range financial models, develop revenue and capital deployment strategies, and prepare various financial documents. A background in investment banking, corporate development, or investor relations is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at building scalable finance processes and leading financial planning activities.
