Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; recent graduates eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered
• Valid California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in a school setting or 1:1 with students is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and adaptability
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in a 1:1 setting
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student support and success
• Maintain timely, accurate records and compliance with state and district guidelines
• Provide guidance and resources to educational teams to facilitate student development
