(This position is paid hourly and tipped out) Lucy Buffett's LuLu's is a Fun, Fast Paced, Family restaurant where Food, Fun, and Music are always a part of our culture. We are currently looking to add a Busser to our team in Gulf Shores, AL! Why you should come work for us? Free or discounted meal each shift! Paid Weekly (EVERY FRIDAY!) Closed for all Winter Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day) Flexible Schedule. Do you go to school, have another job? Don’t worry we understand and will work with you! Cause you’d have an awesome management team to learn from Growth! We love promoting from within and opportunities are always coming up. For example if you are hired as a Line Cook, next step would be Crew Captain (shift lead), then a Kitchen Supervisor, after that Kitchen Manager. This could also go into a Head Chef or Executive Chef position. Discounts when you come in off the clock to eat and also discounts in our gift shop! Responsibilities of being a Busser for LuLu’s Removes dishes, utensils, glassware and paper products from tables and dining areas. Delivers dishes and utensils to dishwasher for cleaning. Empties food and paper waste to trash Sweeps around and under each table/chair upon guest departure. Mop when necessary Empties trash receptacles in dining, break and beach areas Removes trash and debris from beach area on a regular basis Cleans doors, walls, base boards, etc. High & low dusts on a regular basis Ensures tools (buss tubes, towels, brooms, dust pans, mops, etc) are clean before and after use This is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
