Facilities Maintenance Coordinator | Building & Grounds Pro
QSL Management
QSL Management in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support the maintenance and repair of the building and grounds. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and grounds care, with a focus on safety and compliance. You will work Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., perform inspections, coordinate with vendors, refurbish vacated apartments, document maintenance activities, and ensure fire safety and emergency preparedness procedures are followed. #J-18808-Ljbffr QSL Management
