MAJORRESPONSIBILITES:

Project Analyst / Business Analystsupporting a large enterprise Learning Experience Platform (LXP)implementation. Project coordination and project management support. Business analysis and requirements documentation. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing support. Stakeholder support and communication. Supporting multiple project workstreams rather than leading the overallproject. Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience in project coordination,business analysis, testing, or related project support roles. Ability to work in a supporting role within a larger project team. Blend of project management and IT/testing experience. Experience with Microsoft project management and collaboration tools (e.g.,Microsoft Planner). Familiarity with Agile concepts, requirements gathering, sprint activities, anddemonstrations. Experience with JIRA or similar project-tracking tools. Learning systems, learning platform, or training-related project experience. HR or learning domain experience is helpful but not required.

QUALIFICATIONSAND EXPERIENCE

Enterprise-level implementation of Degreed LXP,integrating multiple learning platforms into a unified learner experience Seeking an experienced Contractor Project & Business Analyst to supportenterprise learning and HR technology initiatives. This role will supportGT Mwith system implementations, testing, documentation, governance, reporting, andoperational readiness activities. The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise softwareimplementations and can effectively bridge business and technical teams to drive project execution and successful outcomes. Support project planning, execution, status tracking, and workstreamcoordination. Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements. Maintain project documentation, process flows, governance materials, operatingprocedures, and decision logs. Lead and coordinate testing activities, including UAT, test case development,defect tracking, and validation. Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items. Support reporting, KPI development, and data validation efforts. Coordinate activities across HR, Workforce Development, IT, businessstakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners. Support communications, training, changemanagement, and operational readiness efforts. Assist with system implementation,configuration validation, integrations testing, and production readinessactivities. 2-5 +years of experience in project management, business analysis, systemsanalysis, or enterprise software implementations. Experience supporting large, cross functional technology projects. Strong requirements gathering, process documentation, and technical writingskills. Experience leading or coordinating UAT, and system testing activities. Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills. Experience working with both business and technical teams. Preferred : Experience with learning technologies, HRsystems, LMS, LXP, talent, or workforce development platforms. Experience supporting system integrations and vendor implementations. Experience with reporting, analytics, and KPI development.
