Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a HR Services Support to join their team. As a HR Services Support, you will be part of the HR department supporting various HR functions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Services Support

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $39.21

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours

What's the Job?

• Provide support for HR services and employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Assist with documentation, data entry, and maintaining HR records and systems.
• Support HR initiatives, including onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and workflows.
• Contribute to reporting and data validation efforts to support HR decision-making.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and systems is preferred.
