Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Supervises operations for Patient Registration and Ambulatory Support Services for the department, ensuring the processes of patient registration, ambulatory front desk and reimbursement of physician services. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Assists manager of Patient Accounts/Services. Supervises full and part-time employees in Patient Services. Compiles daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly schedules, reports and statistics. Establishes, maintains and updates departmental procedures. Interviews, hires, takes corrective action and evaluates employees. Working Conditions: Job Location/Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Physical Effort: Typically sitting at a desk or table. Equipment: Office equipment. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
