Job Title

Supervises operations for Patient Registration and Ambulatory Support Services for the department, ensuring the processes of patient registration, ambulatory front desk and reimbursement of physician services.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists Manager of Patient Accounts/Services.
• Supervises full and part-time employees in Patient Services.
• Compiles daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly schedules, reports and statistics.
• Establishes, maintains and updates departmental procedures.
• Interviews, hires, takes corrective action and evaluates employees.

Salary Range

$56,200.00 - $87,100.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
