Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Position Purpose In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the C oordinator Medical Practice – Operations , under the direction of the provider, Manager, and RN Clinical Lead, plans, organizes, and directs patient flow on a daily operational basis Functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization Location: 925 N State St #250, Westerville, OH 43082 Hours: 7:30am - 4:40pm What You Will Do Assists with patient inquiries/concerns regarding medical care, medication instructions, and prescription call-ins in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner. Interviews, evaluates, trains and supports office staff in conjunction with the Manager. Creates and maintains staffing schedules. Coordinates activities and functions of the office to ensure a smooth patient flow. Implements policies, processes, and procedures via the Manager. Demonstrates a positive customer service attitude/behavior. Recommends continuous process improvement. Reviews reports and escalates concerns to Manager. Minimum Qualifications Education: Highschool diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred Licensure / Certification: NA Experience: T wo (2) years of practice experience required Experience in leading staff preferred. Current working knowledge of the importance of business office and clinical care area coordination. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects: strong organizational skills; highly motivated and self- directed; and attentive to detail.
