HR Assistant Location: Buford, GA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday | Preferred start time between 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 About Stuart Pro Heating & Air Stuart Pro Heating & Air has been serving Georgia since 1997 and has built a reputation for excellence in Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing services. We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team in Buford, GA. Position Summary The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources team with employee onboarding, orientation, payroll administration support, HR reporting, and employee data management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people while also managing administrative and reporting responsibilities. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with confidential information, learning new systems, and providing a high level of service to employees across the organization. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding activities Assist with monthly new hire orientation sessions Support payroll processes and payroll-related administration Maintain employee records and HR documentation Update and manage employee information within HR systems Run reports and assist with HR data audits Qualifications Required Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable presenting information and speaking in front of groups Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Buford, GA Preferred Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, Payroll Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Experience supporting employee onboarding and orientation Exposure to payroll processes or payroll systems Experience with HRIS platforms ADP experience UKG experience ServiceTitan experience Experience with reporting, auditing, or data management in Excel What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who embodies our core values and employee-first culture.
