We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in IT Staffing or IT Services sales who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and helping clients solve their technology staffing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals. 
• Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients. 
• Sell IT Staffing, IT Consulting, and Project-based IT Services to direct clients and MSPs. 
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and business decision-makers. 
• Understand client hiring needs and work closely with recruiters to deliver qualified candidates. 
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through contract negotiation and account management. 
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM. 
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. 

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within IT Staffing, IT Consulting, or Technology Services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
• Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management. 
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a hunter mindset. 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal recruiting teams. 
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools is a plus. 
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
