Role Description The Google CXAS (CX Agent Studio) Expert are Full Time roles focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing customer experience and support Agents & workflows using Google tools and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and maintaining CXAS-related environments, analyzing customer Agents and interaction data, and support AGENTCert platform to perform Agent Observability for Google CXAS Agents. Qualifications Experience working with Google CXAS Studio is a must. He should be able to work on customer experience and support solutions (e.g., Google Cloud, contact center tools, analytics platforms) and the ability to design and optimize workflows using these technologies. Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret customer interaction metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements. Proficiency in system configuration and troubleshooting, with familiarity in APIs, integrations, and basic scripting or automation concepts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with remote, cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Prior experience in customer experience, contact centers, or technical support operations is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
