If you have a passion for helping others and a commitment to quality care, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independenceMonitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising nursing staffSupport clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoringPerform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, safe home environmentOffer companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesFollow individualized care plans and adhere to all home health care protocolsRequirements:Active and valid CNA certification in the state of LouisianaPrior experience in home health, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferredStrong understanding of personal care, infection control, and patient safety practicesReliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Slidell, LA areaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and professional demeanorAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningAbout Us:ComForCare Home Health Care - Slidell is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
